Headline Act - Pub Rock Band

Dr Feelgood

Dr Feelgood bring more than fifty years of British rhythm and blues history to the stage, with the same no-nonsense live energy that first made them one of the UK’s most exciting pub rock bands. Formed on Canvey Island in Essex in the early 1970s, the band built its reputation through raw, hard-working performances, landmark albums including Down by the Jetty, Malpractice and the chart-topping live album Stupidity, plus enduring favourites such as Milk and Alcohol. Through changing line-ups, worldwide touring, and the loss of original frontman Lee Brilleaux in 1994, Dr Feelgood have kept the spirit of the band alive, continuing to perform across the UK, Europe, Japan and Australia. With Robert Kane on vocals, Gordon Russell on guitar, Phil Mitchell on bass and Kevin Morris on drums, today’s Dr Feelgood remain a sharp, powerful live act, delivering the gritty R&B sound that has carried them from Canvey Island to audiences around the world.

Punk Rock

The Expletives

The Expletives bring the sound, pace and attitude of punk and new wave back to the stage with a high-energy live show built for a proper crowd response. Known as one of the East of England’s finest punk and new wave tribute bands, they cover classic tracks from the era that still hit hard decades later. Expect a lively set packed with favourites from The Jam, Sex Pistols, Buzzcocks, The Undertones, Blondie and many more, delivered with the raw edge, urgency and crowd interaction that made the original scene so exciting. From sharp riffs to shout-along choruses, The Expletives keep the spirit of punk and new wave alive for anyone who remembers it first time round, and anyone discovering just how good those songs sound live.

Blues-led roots rock with country, soul and funk

Randall Breneman Band

The Randall Breneman Band bring together seasoned musicians with a shared love of blues, rock, country, soul and funk, mixing sharp musicianship with the easy chemistry of long-time collaborators. Fronted by Chicago-born, London-based guitarist, composer and producer Randall Breneman, the band features Karl Penny on drums and Danny Hughes on bass, with players who have worked across sessions, touring bands and major music projects. Randall studied at Paul McCartney’s Liverpool Institute for the Performing Arts (LIPA), alongside Karl Penny, and has built a career writing, recording and performing music heard across television, film, advertising and games. Randall and Lincoln have also been co-writers and collaborators since meeting while playing for different artists at the Teenage Cancer Trust show at the Royal Albert Hall in 2008. Expect a polished but relaxed live set, with occasional originals, played by musicians who are there for the pure joy of making music together.
